I Love Nature

The tranquility that comes with a nature park and site is so enormous. I love the quietness and the breeze, the movement of the leaves, grasses and trees in honour of the gentle wind. The crispy Chirping of the birds, the family life of animals within its own habitat, the gorgeous architectural designs of the huts, freshness of the air all around and  the dramatic blend of colours …………….. ohhhhhhh my goodness
If there is one thing that every family should enjoy when next there is a national public holiday, then it must be a visit to a nature park around you. Sometimes I am, overcome with acute nostalgia of our family visit to the beach as a child. The feeling of the nature park is always overwhelming.
Sad faces diffuse to a big grin on the sight of Nature; sometimes you are left in awe of the creator, His might and thought process. The natural force is so compelling you can’t resist.

Believe it or not, visit to these places is healing, therapeutic, refreshing and reviving.
Not only that, it also help to reduce stress level, anger, fear, thereby increasing pleasant feelings.
If you need to connect to yourself (Do a little of Introspection) or if you like call it soul searching, then you need to visit a nature park ASAP!

Interestingly, Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones. It may even reduce mortality, according to scientists

Research done in hospitals, offices, and schools has found that even a simple plant in a room can have a significant impact on stress and anxiety. How much more a visit to the place so reallllllllllll

It is no gainsaying that Nigeria is a blessed nation because we have several of them, like The Lekki Conservation Center, Old Oyo National Park, Yankari Game Reserve Gombe, Gashaka Gumti National Park Cross River National Park, Kamuku National Park and the list goes on…

Now to the most interesting part of it all
You pay little or close to nothing for all of this …… wow!!!
For some of the parks I have visited all you have to pay is the entry fee of N1, 000 for adult, N500 for children or even less... Isn’t that Cheap?
So hurry to the nearest park around you and experience the beauty of Mother Nature
FYI: a visit to the village could do the magic too
